JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides case management, life skills, group and individual therapy on site for participants in the Bartholomew County Community Corrections Women Recovering with a Purpose (WRAP) Program. This position is housed within Community Corrections. Collaborates with Community Corrections Program Staff/Administration to ensure compliance with WRAP Program Policies, Standards and Practices. Provides initial assessments for each identified WRAP Participant; those assessments may be conducted inside the Bartholomew County Jail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
