About the Role and Team The Quality Manager, reports to an ALMS Senior Corporate Manager and is part of a diverse team providing Base Operations Support and maintaining continuity of operations at Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that the HMX-1 facility's physical assets are maintained and optimized to support smooth operations and that all services meet established standards and expectations. Your Impact As an experienced Quality Manager, you are an integral part of team that manages a comprehensive quality management system that enables the HMX-1 and surrounding facilities and facilities managers to operate at optimal efficiency while meeting required regulations. Your contribution impacts the people who work in these facilities supporting their mission to provide helicopter transportation for individuals as directed by the White House Military Office. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing programs on Base Operations Support Contracts that include Facilities Management, Facilities Investment, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, Pest Control and Pavement Clearance. Five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing safety programs OR Three (3) years of experience with a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or safety and health degree is a plus. KNOWLEDGE: Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and standards applicable to base operations support services. CITIZENSHIP and CLEARANCE: Must be a U.S. citizen. Possession of a valid state driver's license is required. A DoD Top Secret is required, a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is desired. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available on-site during the Government's regular working hours and within two hours after regular working hours. The work environment may include exposure to loud noises, dust, and hazardous materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. SKILLS:
