About you

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.

As a on call Concierge in Richmond, VA, you'll always display a warm, friendly and professional greeting to all those entering the property. Additionally, you'll professionally answer calls in a friendly manner, while maintaining accurate records of service requests and providing status updates.

In this role, you will:

  • You effectively assist guests; provide excellent customer service to customers and tenants with reservations; and respond promptly and accurately to specific requests

  • You respond in calmly and effectively to any emergency situations that may arise

  • You successfully maintain all service files

What you'll bring

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skill

  • Customer service background in commercial real estate or hospitality

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
