Internship | Technical Scholar Program | Greenville, SC

The primary role of the Technical Scholar is to guide our resellers through the TD SYNNEX ecosystem while providing presales design consultation. You'll need to understand current technologies, including cloud, security, data center, and networking, to provide product recommendations, create Bill of Materials, scope projects, and provide licensing information. Candidates must be students pursuing a degree in a technical field, working part-time until they finish their degree. Our intent is to transition successful candidates to full-time positions upon graduation.

New Apprenticeship Segment:

After the initial 3 months of learning CIS, basics of distribution, helping sales with unsupported vendors, and mentoring within TD SYNNEX, students will participate in an apprenticeship that includes:

• Quarterly rotations between departments where skills are best aligned, working 15 to 20 hours a week in those areas, with the remaining time on the Tech Scholar team.

• Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience).

• Expected to graduate within 6-18 months.

• Actively enrolled in school and working towards a technical or bachelor's degree.

• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

• Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.

• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Able to effectively multi-task.

• Ability to stay awake and alert while performing work.

• Professional, office environment.

• Hybrid (60% remote / 40% in office
