CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Displaced Civilian (DC) Role Player Manager

Responsibilities:



  • Shall assist military and government service personnel in the preparation, and execution of the training/exercise events with role player management services.
  • The Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DCRF) Observer Controller/Trainer (OC/T) and Command and Control CBRN Response Element (C2CRE) OC/T Team requires exercise support service Displaced Civilian (DC) Role Player Manager to enable DCRF Technical Support Forces (TSF) and C2CRE TSF training and evaluation mission capability within the team.
  • During the execution of DCRF TSF and C2CRE A&B TSF training exercises and evaluations, contractor support will focus on recruitment, selection, and management of displaced civilian role players.
  • Required to provide management of the DC role players during each exercise.
  • DCs role play through a simulated decontamination with water spray and are medically treated at numerous locations.
  • Role players are required to replicate DCs in a specified locale that have been injured/contaminated by a nuclear explosion or chemical release.


Qualifications:



  • Experience in the military, veterans highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, as well as the corresponding response procedures.
  • Experience in designing and managing training exercises, particularly those involving role players.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with military personnel, role players, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Effective logistical skills such as, coordinating the logistics of training events, including the recruitment, scheduling, transportation, and management of role players.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations during training events.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to accurately replicate different scenarios.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.

These locations include but are not limited to military installations such as: Fort Hood, Fort Bragg, Fort Riley, Fort Stewart, Fort Campbell, Houston, Philadelphia, Nellis AFB, Fort Polk, Fort Benning, Fort Stewart, Camp Atterbury, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Custer, State Fire Colleges, local fire departments, Las Vegas, Pascagoula, Seattle, Birmingham, Charleston, Little Rock, or other locations selected for training.
