Director of Operations

The Role You'd Play:

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to oversee approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, with complete accountability for an approximately $30-$50MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of the assigned facilities to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care.

Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita's mission and values. The position holds budget and P&L accountability and is a key member of DaVita's field management team.

Some specific examples include:

• Create a team powerhouse: You'll have approximately 10-12 direct reports to inspire and join you in ensuring quality and compliant patient care.

• Address top growth priorities: Lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions and manage patient census.

• Drive key metrics and outcomes: You will be measured on the results you achieve from the book of business you inherit.

• Develop and execute strategic plans: Set and achieve goals for assigned division facilities.

• Meet labor budget: Ensure financial efficiency within the division.

• Review and address service excellence: Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve policies and procedures.

• Manage financial and revenue growth: Oversee operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the assigned division facilities.

• Maintain competitive awareness: Proactively assess the division's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

• Lead a socially responsible business: Strive to be a role model for American healthcare.

• Give back to the community: Work at a place that supports the community and honors teammate contributions.

• Collaborate with FAs: Work directly with Facility Administrators in clinics to address employee and patient concerns, driving towards regional goals and standards.
