KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, SharePoint Support and Adoption to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, advising site owners and content managers on optimizing SharePoint Online page configurations, lists, libraries, and web parts
  • Support stakeholders in structuring, organizing, and presenting portal content to maximize usability, discoverability, and alignment with content management best practices
  • Track the Microsoft 365 Roadmap, Message Center, and external product channels to proactively identify upcoming features and assess their relevance to the US One Intranet
  • Conduct hands-on testing and validation of new SharePoint features and integrations, evaluating potential risks, limitations, and impacts on existing governance and user experiences
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical instructional content, guidance pages, and best-practice documentation for the broader organization
  • Proactively identify training gaps, establish governance standards, and implement monitoring procedures to ensure the long-term integrity and security of intranet sites
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience managing SharePoint Online, including expert-level knowledge of pages, web parts, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and content management best practices
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or information systems is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required; or equivalent of five years of working experience supporting business users in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-grade intranets or digital workplaces, with preferred knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Forms, and M365 Copilot/Agents preferred
  • Experience in hands-on testing, validating, and evaluating new software features and user experiences, driven by a natural curiosity to learn and leverage emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the unique ability to connect business needs to technology, content strategy, and governance
