What to Expect
The Workplace Operations team is looking for a self-motivated individual to join as Workplace Specialist responsible for the upkeep of non-manufacturing facilities and providing various services to departments such as engineering, sales, service, energy, and general administration. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and demonstrates dedication and diligence throughout the coordination of multiple projects to ensure successful completion.
What You'll Do
- Monitor all areas within the facility to ensure a pleasant workplace experience and manage the email alias as the central source for all Workplace and Facility requests
- Track, coordinate, and execute Workplace requests through the ticketing system, assign to team members, confirm follow-through to completion, coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and oversee purchase orders
- Create and manage work orders in a third-party system, ensure vendors complete tasks promptly, oversee the Workplace budget, create purchase orders, and ensure accurate invoice submission and payment
- Ensure compliance with Tesla safety protocols and alignment with EHS guidelines
- Coordinate furniture deployment, maintenance, and inventory along with office moves in collaboration with users and vendor management
- Collaborate with other Workplace representatives to develop, implement, and maintain Workplace processes with emphasis on continuous improvement and maintain relationships with onsite stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and breakroom amenities to ensure adequate stock

- Willingness to travel to other sites to assist in projects or events as the organization is national
