Job Summary Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery & Burn ManagementBring your healthcare operations expertise to a leadership role where you can make a direct impact on patients, providers, and staff. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Trauma, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Management practice. This role is ideal for a collaborative healthcare leader who enjoys developing teams, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations for a single-site or multi-site surgical practice Lead and develop administrative and clinical support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance management Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and coordinate solutions for staffing and operational challenges Monitor practice performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery Partner with physicians and leadership to support strategic initiatives, operational goals, and budget planning Oversee payroll processes, support revenue cycle activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements, and mandatory training standards Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing operational support and cross-coverage as needed If you're a motivated healthcare leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional operational support, we'd love to hear from you.
