POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the Pharmacy Department's operational excellence: assures department delivers quality services in accordance with the Medical Center's mission and with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards. Manages human resources to assure quality services and promote positive employee relations. Effectively communicates departmental, organizational, and industry information to staff. Responsible for the fiscal management of department and assures proper utilization of organization's financial resources. Supports and exemplifies the hospital's established mission, vision, and values. Position: Pharmacy Director Department: Pharmacy Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours, Days, 8am-5pm JOB REQUIREMENTS
Compensation Range: $130,500.00- $189,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
