Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Associate and Regional Marketing Managers through administrative coordination, logistics, and creative asset management, as well as providing occasional, task-based support to other department members.

Essential Functions:

  • Help schedule marketing activities, coordinate timelines, and organize creative and media requests using project management software.
  • Assist in tracking campaign deliverables and maintaining up-to-date project files and calendars.
  • Support internal communication between vendors, Sales, Marketing, System Marketing, and other internal teams as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and maintain accurate notes and action items.
  • Assist with the organization and dissemination of marketing content and campaign updates.
  • Support event planning logistics and promotional material coordination with community sales teams.
  • Maintain media calendars, traffic deadlines, media kits, marketing files, database of creative samples, print tear sheets, invoice tracking, supply orders, and more.
  • Provide general support to the System Marketing and Sales Ops teams for internal campaigns and collaborative projects.
  • Enter and update data in the WelcomeHome CRM system (as needed).
  • Compile basic reports on campaign activity and assist with organizing data for review by team members or community sales teams.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.
