Education Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED with strong supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or materials management experience will be considered.
  • APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications are a plus.


Experience Requirements



  • Experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, procurement, or materials planning.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage priorities, and make informed business decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional departments to support operational goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience using SAP, ERP systems, Kinaxis RapidResponse, or similar supply chain planning software.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes, material flow, production scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally visit production areas and interact with operations personnel.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.


Job Duties



  • Execute material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure raw materials, packaging, and work-in-process inventory are available to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate material planning data in SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse, updating records for product, packaging, and material changes.
  • Coordinate material transitions and support business initiatives while minimizing inventory obsolescence and excess costs.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Packaging, Planning, and suppliers to align production schedules, packaging timelines, and inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish priorities, resolve supply constraints, maintain service levels, and support efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations.
