Location: Springfield, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4a-2:30p OT on Friday

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.



Experience Requirements


  • Previous robotic welding experience required.
  • Manufacturing or factory production experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately complete production, quality, scrap, and traceability documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and production staff.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and repetitive movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs continuously and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Job Duties

  • Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding equipment and production machinery.
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and document production results.
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished products into designated containers, skids, tubs, or boxes.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately, including quality, production, scrap, and traceability reports.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
