Job Duties

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse/manufacturing facility.
• Routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, warehouse spaces, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas while following company safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must follow safety and cleanliness procedures consistently.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to lbs.
