Job Duties

• Operate a Crown stand-up reach forklift safely.
• Move, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick orders and stage pallets for shipment.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and verify product information.
• Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 2 year's experience operating reach trucks
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
• Previous stand-up reach forklift experience required.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Available to work the scheduled hours and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
