Schedule:



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
  • Mid Shift: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Gather parts, materials, tools, and hardware needed for production builds.
  • Perform helium leak testing, standard leak testing, inspections, and quality checks.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and bench equipment to complete assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot minor assembly, testing, and production issues.
  • Verify products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications before release.
  • Interpret work orders, schematics, and manufacturing documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Enter production information into computer systems and complete required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production concerns.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work area while supporting production schedules and cleanroom standards.


Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical coursework, vocational training, or an Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and parts lists.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, technician, or cleanroom experience required.
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, subassembly production, testing, and inspections preferred.
  • Helium leak testing, module testing, and quality inspection experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, bench tools, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency.
  • Cable and harness assembly experience is beneficial.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently bend, reach, kneel, crouch, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance.
  • Strong hand dexterity and visual acuity required for detailed assembly and inspection work.
  • Comfortable using ladders and working in manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE and work around machinery, chemicals, and production equipment.
