Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is preferred.
  • Training or experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping and receiving is a plus.


Experience Requirements



  • 1+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping and receiving preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or semiconductor operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, barcode scanners, inventory transactions, and warehouse management processes.
  • Experience performing cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintaining inventory accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and inventory management procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, Bills of Lading, work instructions, and inventory records.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S principles.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and grasping throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
  • Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and warehouse environment while wearing required PPE.


Job Duties



  • Safely transport raw materials, work-in-process inventory, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, label, and track incoming and outgoing materials using barcode scanners and ERP systems.
  • Support production schedules by delivering materials to manufacturing areas in a timely manner.
  • Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, returns, material issues, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare, package, crate, label, load, and ship products according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, scales, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized inventory locations using 5S methodologies and assist with warehouse audits.
  • Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures while supporting changing production and business needs.
