Location: Rogers, AR

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Depending on experience)

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Overtime often going in at 5 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • 10 to 13 years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
  • Proven experience supervising production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in production planning, scheduling, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leading quality, safety, and productivity programs to achieve operational goals.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in engineering or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with carbide tool manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of ISO, QMS, and departmental audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment with regular exposure to machinery and production equipment.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the production floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to oversee multiple production areas and respond quickly to operational issues.
  • Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.


Job Duties



  • Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production.
  • Coordinate production staff, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, train, coach, and manage production employees while maintaining workforce engagement and accountability.
