Temple University's Fox School of Business is searching for an Alumni Relations Manager!

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Development & Alumni Relations, the Alumni Relations Manager will oversee the engagement pipeline for approximately 74,000 alumni of the Fox School of Business. This position will develop and implement a comprehensive philanthropic strategy, drawing on knowledge of the alumni experience, to foster sustained engagement with and investment in the school. Responsibilities will include management and oversight of the Fox School of Business Alumni Association, student philanthropic effort, alumni and donors events, and provision of content/support for alumni communications (emails, magazines, newsletters, etc.)

Job Details
* This position requires a background check for PII/Cash Handling responsibilities.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least four (4) years of experience in alumni or donor relations, community engagement, volunteer management, event planning/management, or a related field
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, such as alumni, faculty, students, and staff
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom or other teleconferencing software, and other standard administrative software packages

Preferred Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of the principles of development and cultivation
