Site Safety Manager Location: Suwanee, GA Schedule: Hybrid, with time at project sites, in the office, and working from home Pay: $90,000 to $115,000 annually Position Type: Direct Hire Job Summary The Safety Manager provides safety leadership, training, and guidance to project teams and safety coordinators. This role supports incident case management and the accurate classification of OSHA recordable incidents versus first aid cases. The Safety Manager serves as a resource for safety coordinators and helps strengthen consistent safety practices across project sites. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to safety coordinators and project teams. Train and mentor safety coordinators on safety practices, incident documentation, and case management. Support incident case management and evaluate whether incidents qualify as OSHA recordable cases or first aid cases. Deliver safety training and help teams apply established safety procedures. Serve as a resource for safety questions and concerns across assigned project sites. Job Requirements At least 5 years of safety experience, including leadership and training responsibilities. BCSP certification. OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 training. Knowledge of incident case management and the distinction between OSHA recordable incidents and first aid cases. Ability to train, mentor, and guide safety coordinators. Strong communication and leadership skills.
