Overview

TRC is seeking a Product Manager / Marketing Lead to support the continued growth of Lemur, our enterprise mobile mapping platform purpose-built for utilities. This is a unique role combining product management, user experience leadership, and product marketing within a scrappy, startup-style business unit.

This role includes several core, non-negotiable responsibilities: ownership of Lemur's events presence, website management (including LemurPlatform.com), and ongoing social media engagement. These functions are essential to the success and visibility of the platform and will be a fundamental part of the position.

We are looking for a candidate who either brings-or is motivated to develop-a deep understanding of the Lemur product, including its functionality, customer use cases, and the evolving needs of utility clients. This depth of knowledge will be critical to effectively shaping the product and its market positioning.

The Lemur team operates with an entrepreneurial, fast-moving mindset. This is not a highly rigid or narrowly defined role; instead, it is an opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, take initiative, and expand into new functions over time. While there are clear priorities, the role will evolve based on customer needs, product direction, and the candidate's strengths and development interests.

The ideal candidate will work across product, development, and go-to-market functions to shape the Lemur roadmap, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and elevate Lemur's presence in the market-all while helping define what success looks like in a dynamic and growing business.
