Joint Interface Control Officer

The Opportunity:

As an expert in joint datalink operations, your operational depth and instructor experience enable you to strengthen Service-Level Training (SLT) realism and enhance multidomain readiness. We need your comprehensive understanding of Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) interfaces, Link16 network design, and missiontailored data link integration to support the Joint Interoperability Division (JID) and Marine AirGround Task Force Training Center (MAGTF TC). You will provide training, architecture planning, and onsite TDL expertise that ensures warfighters can fully exploit JTO capabilities during MWX and yearround SLT events.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in Tactical Data Links (TDLs) and multi TDL architecture operations
• Experience developing curriculum, courseware, and multimedia products for joint or service level training
• Experience delivering formal platform instruction CONUS or OCONUS, including electronic classroom environments
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and validating OPTASK LINK messages to support complex training architectures
• Experience operating, assessing, or managing JICO automated tools, including configuration control and performance evaluation
• Experience conducting multi TDL analysis during exercises and integrating corrective actions into training architectures
• Experience coordinating datalink requirements with exercise planners, joint staffs, or Combatant Command organizations
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree
• Graduate of JT 301

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Link16 network design, modification, and mission tailoring through service Network Design Facilities
• Experience with VMF over CNR, DACAS, and LVC environments involving TDL integration
• Experience with C2 and TDL systems such as ADSI, JRE, CAC2S, TRAX, BC3, FAADC2, or MOJO
• Experience delivering handson field training, student briefs, schedules, and administrative training materials
• Experience resolving LPDS, Frequency Clearance, and TSDF issues for training or operational architectures
• Knowledge of Project Tripoli and TECOM Campaign Plan
• Ability to represent JID at interoperability working groups and joint or combined forums
• TS/SCI clearance
