Fueling Your Passion The Equipment Rental & Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end rental process of Waygate borescopes and remote visual inspection equipment across the region. This role requires strong customer-facing skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to coordinate equipment preparation, quotations, logistics, invoicing support, and customer engagement activities. Key point of contact for rental customers, ensuring excellent customer experience while maximizing equipment utilization and supporting business growth. To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree, highly preferred but not required (Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field) 1+ years of experience in Support Services Basic understanding of industrial inspection equipment, borescopes, or non-destructive testing (NDT) applications is a plus Experience handling, inspecting, and maintaining technical equipment is preferred Experience in customer service, operations, equipment rentals, technical support, or related functions Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset; excellent relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams; strong sense of urgency and accountability Strong organizational and administrative capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Technical aptitude and willingness to learn Waygate inspection technologies As the Equipment Rental & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: Customer Engagement & Support Act as the primary contact for customers requesting rental equipment by providing timely responses Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the rental process Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Rental Operations Management Manage the complete rental process from inquiry through equipment return Verify equipment availability and coordinate rental schedules Prepare and process rental quotations in accordance with company policies and support with contract requirements Equipment Inspection & Preparation Inspect borescopes and related accessories before shipment to ensure operational readiness Evaluate equipment condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs Prepare equipment, accessories, and documentation for customer delivery Coordinate equipment returns and conducts post-rental inspections Maintain accurate records of equipment condition and utilization Logistics & Invoicing Support Coordinate equipment shipments and returns with logistics providers Track deliveries and ensure timely customer receipt Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure rental data and documentation are accurate and complete; collaboration with other teams to resolve billing-related issues Business Development Support Identify opportunities to expand the regional rental customer base Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing equipment rental utilization Promote rental solutions as an alternative to equipment purchase when appropriate Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth strategies Success as the Equipment Rental & Customer Support Specialist will be measured by: Customer satisfaction and responsiveness Rental equipment utilization rates Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and order processing On-time delivery and return coordination Quality of equipment inspection and preparation Growth of rental revenue and customer base within the region Work in a Way That Works for You We recognize that everyone is different and that the way people work and perform at their best varies.
