Nokia of America Corporation, FN Care Technology Expert, Dallas, TX. Analyze and troubleshoot complex broadband access field issues remotely for optical network terminal and fixed wireless access products. Collaborate closely with other teams to drive issue resolution. Reproduce and isolate issues in lab environments for deeper analysis. Create and manage high-quality Jira tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution with R&D. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Develop and maintain knowledge base content to enhance team efficiency and customer support. Define diagnostic requirements and collaborate with product teams to enhance debugging capabilities. Work with the Care Innovation team to integrate Automation/AI for improved Care delivery. Participate in on-call weekend rotation (48 hrs) every 1.5 months. #LI-DNI Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Must have 2 years of experience debugging LTE and 5G network structure, core network, radio network, and distributed antenna issues; Must have 2 years of experience using networking concepts, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, IPV4, and IPV6, to isolate issues; Must have 2 years of experience in RF propagation modelling and interference analysis for 5G/4G network; Must have 2 years of experience troubleshooting WiFi related issues; Must have 1 year of experience in LTE and 5G signaling.
