Program Manager / Lead Case Manager

Summary:

Goldbelt Halo, LLC is looking for a Program Manager/Lead Case Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead day-to-day contract operations and serve as the primary contractor interface with the Government.
• Manage workflow, staffing, workload distribution, quality assurance, backlog, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Provide senior-level support for complex aeromedical cases and interpretation of medical standards.
• Oversee case processing, waiver actions, LOD/RILO support, final disposition, and customer support.
• Conduct routine quality reviews and ensure accuracy and timeliness standards are met.
• Lead transition, onboarding, training, cross-training, and continuity planning.
• Manage monthly status reporting, meetings, issue escalation, and COR communications.
• Provide coverage and technical guidance during workload surges or staffing gaps.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of military medical readiness concepts, including retention, flying standards, LOD, RILO, and/or disability-related workflows.
• Strong program or project management, QA, reporting, and team leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong experience in military medical case management, medical readiness, disability evaluation, occupational health, or comparable regulated healthcare administration.
• Demonstrated experience managing medical cases involving physical exams, medical standards, waivers, or disposition actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Air Force medical or AFRC experience.
• Hands-on experience with AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS, ASIMS, JLV, MICT, MILPDS, Salesforce, MyFSS, BOMC KX, or AFNET.
• Prior experience supervising case managers or medical administrative teams.
• Familiarity with Air Force medical standards and waiver processes.
