Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Shift: 2nd, 3rd Hours: 3:15pm-11:15pm; 11:00pm-7:05am QPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Germantown, WI. This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently. - Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality. - Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines. - Maintain accurate production records and documentation. - Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns. - Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards). - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Assembler Requirements: - Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. - Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred. - Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Basic math and measurement skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Frequent use of hands for assembling small components. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed. - Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work.
