UNC Pediatrics at North Hills (formerly Capitol Pediatrics and Adolescent Center) providers collaborate with parents to provide the highest level of care personalized to meet the needs of your family. Services:

• Well-child checks
• Immunizations
• Physicals - for school, camp or sports
• Hearing, vision and developmental screenings
• Chronic health management including asthma, allergies, and obesity
• Behavioral consultants including evaluation and treatment of ADD and ADHD
• Video visits for established patients

Position Specifics:

• Outpatient only

Clinic Hours:

• Monday - Friday8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday 8:00am - 12noon
• Sunday 8:00am - 12noon

Job Qualifications:

• Medical School Graduate (MD/DO)
• Board certified pediatrics required
• NC State License preferred
• Must be eligible for credentialing

Education Requirements:
* Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Board Certified in Specialty; MD License in healthcare specialty
* DEA;MD;BLS
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Prefer prior experience in Pediatrics.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.REASONING ABILITYHigh-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS certification.
