Expressions of Interest - Technical Director, Offshore O&G Autonomous Operations Worley Consulting Group Houston, Texas We are seeking Technical Directors with offshore automation and autonomous operations expertise for emerging opportunities across the Americas. As demand for autonomous and digitally enabled operations accelerates across the offshore energy sector, Worley is building leadership capability to support future growth and client transformation initiatives. Purpose The Technical Director for Offshore O&G within the Autonomous Operations Business will report to the Director Autonomous Operations, Americas and is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Autonomous Operations within the focused industries of Offshore O&G or specific discipline areas. This includes aligning the strategic direction for the business, pursuing and winning work, managing resources, managing a team of technical resources with expertise in all aspects of autonomous and automated projects throughout the Americas. The Technical Director will be responsible for vertical P&L through successful project delivery and operational area, building regional multi-discipline and appropriately skilled delivery teams, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
