Back Commercial Lender #601-30394 San Antonio, Texas, United States Apply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Location San Antonio Consolidated Location Address 8522 Broadway Suite 208 Position Type Full Time Requirements * Bachelors Degree in Finance preferred * At least 18 years of age * Must have minimum of 2 years banking experience * Strong business development and networking skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Good communication skills * Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized * Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description * Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk * Receive and review loan applications; obtain and direct the analysis of all necessary financial data * Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits * Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials * Conduct analysis on loan accounts * Conduct credit reviews to help assess risk * Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline * Build partnership and be point of contact for branch referrals * Must develop and maintain relationships within the public eye * Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
