Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
• Oversees a large invasive cardiology service line supporting approximately 60-65 FTEs, including 2 Cath Labs, 2 EP Labs, 3 Hybrid Labs, 2 Outpatient Cath Labs, a Vein Center, and a 15-bed PACU/Recovery Unit, with responsibility for operations, staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, and physician partnerships across multiple locations.

• The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care.
• As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical teams through effective hiring, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
• Partner closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary stakeholders to enhance patient care delivery, strengthen provider relationships, and drive service line growth.
• Ensure excellence in quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness by maintaining adherence to Joint Commission, CMS, and organizational standards.
• Oversee departmental operations, staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and patient throughput to achieve key operational, quality, and financial performance goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiencies, and enhance the patient experience.
