Location: Coventry, RI

We are hiring Machine Operators for a temporary assignment in Coventry, RI. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience who are looking for a stable short-term opportunity.

As a Machine Operator, you will safely operate production equipment, monitor processing systems, complete production documentation, and help maintain product quality standards. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
• Up to $22.00/hour

Night Shift

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
• Up to $25.25/hour

Must be available to train on day shift during the first week.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Inspect products and monitor process controls to ensure quality standards are met.
• Respond to equipment alarms and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with product handling, inventory movement, shipping, and receiving activities as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
