Program Management Specialist

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in business management, instructional technology, or equivalent is desirable.

Training and Experience:

5 years' experience in managing an educational design and development project, with two or more year's professional experience working on a contract for the Navy/DoD or another Department of Defense agency.

The following additional experience is preferred:

* Experience in using Learning Analysis and Design (LEAD).

* Experience in derivative classification and applying Controlled Unclassified Information

requirements and portion marking materials using Security Classification Guides.

* Submarine experience.

Security Clearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Functions as the single point of contact between the contractor and COR.

* Oversees the entire contract assuring that the proper personnel are assigned to the individual task orders.

* Publishes the monthly reports, handles invoicing, reviews Statements of Work and funding issues, hires personnel, and advises the COR on project status and any potential problem areas.

* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
