Quality Control Lab Technician - 1st Shift

Location: Littleton, MA

Pay: $22.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician for a temporary first-shift opportunity in Littleton, MA. This role supports manufacturing quality operations through product testing, laboratory analysis, documentation, and production line quality monitoring. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, basic laboratory experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform product sampling, testing, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Use laboratory and testing equipment, including pH meters, scales, and in-line monitoring systems.
• Calibrate, monitor, and troubleshoot testing equipment as needed.
• Record test results and maintain accurate quality documentation and production records.
• Monitor production lines and respond to quality concerns by collaborating with production and maintenance teams.
• Enter data into computer systems and utilize Microsoft Office applications.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory and production work environment.
• Support aseptic sampling, testing procedures, measurements, calculations, and quality verification activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
