Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional warehouse, logistics, or leadership training is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience required. Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring team members preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a hands-on leadership approach. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Capable of performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and accuracy. Ability to bend, lift, reach, and move materials as needed. Job Duties Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow to help the team achieve productivity, quality, and accuracy goals. Train, coach, and support new and existing warehouse associates on procedures, equipment, and safety practices. Monitor operations, identify bottlenecks, and communicate production or staffing concerns to supervisors. Assist with receiving, inventory handling, order picking, packing, staging, and shipping operations. Track attendance, performance, and completion of assigned work to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that supports company standards. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse.
