Learning & Development Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to step into a crucial operational role, directly impacting how thousands of employees learn and grow. You'll be the linchpin connecting teams, managing essential logistics, and optimizing systems to deliver world-class training experiences that empower talent across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of dynamic learning programs, sessions, and experiences.
• Manage comprehensive event and training logistics, including room reservations, catering requests, A/V needs, and precise room setup.
• Collect, validate, accurately enter, and maintain critical participant and program information within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Prepare and execute clear, timely communications for both facilitators and participants, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate program and operational data in Airtable and other internal systems, upholding data integrity.
• Monitor and expertly respond to employee requests through a case management system such as ServiceNow, providing timely support.
• Resolve routine administrative issues efficiently and appropriately escalate risks or more complex requests for swift resolution.
• Partner closely with Learning Operations and Facilitation team members to ensure all programs are executed accurately and consistently.
• Support essential finance and vendor administration activities, including processing invoices and new purchase orders.
• Track tasks and deliverables meticulously to ensure all deadlines and commitments are met with precision.
• Build trusted and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, fostering a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, event planning, HR operations, program coordination, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through, ensuring nothing is missed.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple recurring activities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong technology aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving tools.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
• A self-starter who can take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions.
• Trustworthy, dependable, collaborative, and team-oriented, contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday Learning, Airtable, ServiceNow or another case management/ticketing platform, and Campaign Monitor or similar email communication tools is preferred.

• Previous experience supporting a Learning & Development or HR organization.
• Experience coordinating employee programs, training sessions, events, or similar experiences.
• Experience working within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with finance or vendor administration, including invoices and purchase orders.
• Experience working within a large, fast-paced corporate environment.

You'll join a collaborative Learning & Development Operations team and work closely with colleagues responsible for program operations and facilitation. Success in this position requires someone who is organized, dependable, collaborative, technologically adaptable, and comfortable owning the operational details that keep learning programs running successfully. Direct Learning & Development experience is not required; candidates with transferable experience from administrative support, event coordination, HR operations, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
