Business Operations Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional ready to make a significant impact in the fast-paced world of digital media sponsorships? We are looking for a pivotal team member to act as the essential operational link between high-profile talent, show producers, external brand partners, and our internal sales organization. In this role, you won't just manage tasks; you'll be the driving force ensuring seamless execution of critical advertising campaigns, directly contributing to the success of our content creators and brand clients. Your work will keep our audio and studio sponsorship campaigns on track, directly influencing revenue generation and maintaining strong relationships across our expansive network.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end production, script routing, and delivery of audio advertisements voiced by high-profile show hosts and talent.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between show producers/hosts and our client-facing sales organization.
• Simultaneously manage and track timelines for 10-15 active advertising campaigns, ensuring schedules and deliverables meet tight deadlines.
• Interface professionally and directly with external brand clients, show hosts, and talent management regarding ad scripts and execution details.
• Work autonomously to keep campaign workflows moving, receiving creative assets and routing clear instructions to production teams.
• Maintain strong institutional awareness of sports calendars, major sports leagues, and pop culture trends to effectively support network content themes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ad campaign management, sales support/operations, digital media execution, or media agency account coordination.
• Demonstrated experience managing media campaign execution, client-facing workflows, and brand sponsorship deliverables.
• Strong operational focus with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous fast-paced campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and diplomatic skills, comfortable interfacing directly with high-profile talent, producers, and corporate brand clients.
• High attention to detail, organization, and a thorough approach to managing script updates and deliverable tracking.
• An enthusiasm for podcasting, digital audio, streaming platforms, sports, and pop culture content.
