We are seeking a highly creative individual to join an apparel color design team as a Color Graphics Designer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bringing graphic artwork to life, infusing it with vibrant color and refined detail. What You'll Do

• Apply sophisticated color treatments to a diverse range of graphic artwork for lifestyle apparel.
• Operate within established creative direction, seasonal concepts, and pre-developed color palettes to ensure brand consistency.
• Edit, manipulate, and refine existing graphic files and imagery to elevate their visual impact.
• Provide essential graphic support, from developing compelling logos and simple treatments to crafting complex, highly creative artwork.
• Collaborate closely with apparel color design and creative team members to seamlessly execute project needs.
• Translate high-level creative direction into polished, visually compelling graphic solutions that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate creative concepts, strategic color decisions, and design thinking.
• Manage detailed, directive design assignments with precision, while consistently maintaining a high level of creativity and execution.
• Work efficiently and adaptably in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in color graphics, graphic design, or a closely related discipline.
• Graphic design experience specifically within apparel, industrial design, web/digital design, or related creative environments.
• A strong, foundational understanding of color theory, color application, and visual composition.
• An elevated taste level and a keen understanding of lifestyle-oriented design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work across a diverse range of graphic styles and varying levels of complexity.
• Proven experience manipulating existing graphic files, imagery, and artwork.
• Ability to effectively integrate and work within established color palettes and creative direction.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A quick thinker who can confidently respond to changing creative needs and project demands.
• Strong ability to clearly present and communicate creative work and design rationale.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Miro, Vizcom, and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Strong presentation-building skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience within a major apparel, footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.

Portfolio Requirements

A portfolio is required and will be an important part of the selection process. Portfolios should demonstrate:

• Strong and intentional use of color in design.
• A diverse range of graphic artwork and design styles.
• Examples ranging from logo work to more complex creative graphics.
• Personal or exploratory projects that showcase creative range and initiative.
• Clear examples of both technical proficiency and creative competency.
• Process descriptions and storytelling that explain the thinking behind the work and how concepts developed from idea through final execution.
