Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $110,400 - $138,000, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $110,400 - $165,600.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise AI portfolio execution by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, governance, roadmaps, priorities, and resource planning to deliver strategic business value.
- Manage AI program performance through risk mitigation, dependency management, executive reporting, KPI tracking, and oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Drive AI adoption and organizational readiness by developing policies and communications to maximize business impact and responsible use of AI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or cross-functional initiatives required.
- Experience across business, people, technology, and risk/compliance functions preferred.
- Background in AI, data, system or digital transformation strongly preferred.
- Relevant professional experience in business process improvement, product management, emerging technology, and business analysis is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data, or related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), BA (PMI-PBA), or Change Management PROSCI certification preferred.
- Agile experience or certification preferred.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. This position can be based out of either our Tacoma or Alderwood corporate office.
This position works 40+ hours per week as business needs dictate.
