As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Field Response in South Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential property areas, including building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and prohibited activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least three years of security-related experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
