As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout an arts-focused environment, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to visitors, tenants, and staff while supporting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial art and cultural venue.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of galleries, public areas, offices, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access-control issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; assist with access control, visitor direction, and protection of restricted areas and displayed property.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
