About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and operational support to a specialized legal operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing high-volume workflows, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating the efficient processing of important documentation. Your contributions will directly enable the team to maintain operational excellence and meet critical deadlines, playing a key part in the success of their initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process high-volume paper filings, including collating, copying, distributing for signature, scanning, and mailing legal documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume printing issues efficiently.
  • Triage and escalate urgent legal cases to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Accurately track, update, and confirm case status within a case management software tool in real time.
  • Run and analyze case status reports from the case management tool.
  • Conduct data audits and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity across all records.
  • Provide additional project and task support as directed, contributing to various operational needs.


What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience



  • A commitment to a full 18-month assignment.
  • 1-2 years of proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with a leading office productivity suite, demonstrating expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication tools.
  • Experience documenting processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to support high-volume operational workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in legal operations, as a legal assistant, or with a background in a legal firm or clerkship.
  • Prior experience supporting specialized legal teams.
