Job Summary
Join a team that helps bring innovative products to market while ensuring they meet regulatory requirements worldwide. In this role, you'll support new product development, safety data sheet maintenance and authoring, and regulatory intelligence activities. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate regulatory information to a variety of stakeholders.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience to draft, review, and publish key regulatory documents such as safety data sheets, manufacturing or supplier declaration forms, formula reviews, and product labels to support product compliance
  • Support Regulatory team in new product development tasks by working cross-functionally on activities like peer review, document archival, and data entry
  • Responsible for monitoring and communicating key regulatory knowledge and trends that could impact our products, covering regulations like GHS, CPSC, ECCC, EPA FIFRA, DOT, and OSHA
  • Maintains well organized department files and databases for all completed work
  • Supports our culture of process documentation, optimization, and consistent execution

Education and Experience Profile

  • B.S. or B.A. in science or related field. Exceptions can be made for candidates with a non-science or business discipline, coupled with relevant experience working directly with regulatory agencies
  • 1+ years of experience in a regulated field or technical discipline

Required Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively perform as an individual and within cross-functional groups
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Accomplished user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
