Description
The Lead Policy Forms Specialist provides enterprise leadership for the design, development, implementation, and management of insurance policy forms, endorsements, contracts, and related product documentation across all operating companies. This role serves as the lead subject matter expert for researching and interpreting statutes, regulations, case law, and industry standards to support state expansion, new product development, and product enhancements. Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Government Affairs, Actuarial, and Operations, the Lead Policy Forms Specialist drives the development of contract language, business rules, and technical requirements, ensures alignment between product intent and policy language, and provides strategic guidance on forms-related matters. The position also leads complex cross-functional initiatives, mentors team members, promotes best practices and knowledge sharing, identifies opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement, and may represent the organization in regulatory, legal, or industry matters as needed. Position Compensation Range: $99,000.00 - $167,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
