None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Afognak Native Corporation has an opportunity for a Sr. Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located at our corporate offices in Anchorage, AK.As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will haveprimary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financialrelatedactivities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance,forecasting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, start-up and divestures, deal analysis andnegotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.
