About the Opportunity

Your expertise will ensure that clinicians meet rigorous standards, upholding the commitment to patient safety and regulatory adherence. What You'll Do



  • Verify state licenses, exclusion lists, federal drug enforcement administration registrations, board certifications, and government healthcare program enrollment for clinicians on an ongoing basis to ensure active network participation.
  • Enroll clinicians in government healthcare programs, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
  • Manage the application process for state licensure for clinicians.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with recruiting, production, and education teams.
  • Monitor files for completeness and accuracy, reviewing all documentation for compliance with quality standards, accreditation requirements, and relevant policies.
  • Prepare and provide information to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Enter, update, and maintain data from provider applications into the credentialing database, focusing on accuracy and adapting data to conform to defined data field uses and internal policies.
  • Prepare, issue, electronically track, and follow up on verifications for efficient, high-volume processing of individual applications in accordance with applicable credentialing standards and strict timelines.
  • Communicate clearly with providers, internal/external clients, and staff to provide timely responses on day-to-day credentialing issues.
  • Maintain professional growth and development through continuous learning to stay abreast of healthcare industry regulations and legislation.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to verify professional licenses and educational credentials.
  • Experience accurately completing and submitting applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
  • Understanding of compliance with industry accreditation, regulatory requirements, and government healthcare programs.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, operating within Central Standard Time hours.
  • Access to Personal Health Information (PHI) will be required.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS).
  • Experience with industry-standard credentialing databases.
  • Proficiency with widely used office productivity suites.
  • Extensive experience with professional licensure processes.
