Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full Time Business Banking Support Specialist, to work a Hybrid from our City Center office, located in Newport News, VA. Job Summary: The Business Banking Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Business Banking team for SBA, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending relationships. Each position is assigned a primary focus area (loan servicing and post-closing activities or portfolio management and compliance monitoring) while remaining cross-trained to provide flexible support across loan closing and treasury functions as business needs require. The role works under moderate supervision, partnering closely with internal teams, borrowers, and external parties to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready administration of the loan portfolio.
