MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Seneca, Kansas

* Industrial electrical troubleshooting (480V 3-Phase)

* PLC & HMI navigation and troubleshooting

* AC drives and motor controls

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
   Ability to work in a fast-paced facility with attention to detail
o    Inspect, diagnose, and fix production equipment.
   Electrical, pneumatics, PLC and hydraulic work when necessary.
   Assist in developing preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on all equipment.
   Conduct routine audits to ensure conformance to documented best practices and standard operating procedures.
   Work collaboratively with supervisors and other maintenance staff to solve problems and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
   Willing to adapt to Koch & Co. procedures and processes.
   Excellent teamwork skills
   Strong problem-solving skills
   Good verbal and written communication skills
   Knowledge of all areas in a cabinet facility
   Maintain a safe workspace and help prevent accidents.
   Able to work without the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances
   Must follow all federal and state safety laws and guidelines.
   Other responsibilities as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
 
This is a full-time position.  Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7: 30 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m., 40 hours per week, with a 30-minute lunch break.
 
Preferred Education and Experience
 
Previous production experience preferred. Previous maintenance experience preferred.
 
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
 
Employer participates in E-verify program.
