Description The 2nd Shift Production Lead is responsible for providing front-line coordination and technical and process leadership for a small flex team of production employees. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating labor allocation, material flow and availability, safety initiatives, quality standards, and production documentation, while actively participating in production activities as needed. The Production Lead works closely with cross-functional partners to ensure efficient and effective operations. This full-time position reports to the Production Supervisor and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching Safco's new 2ndShift operation. As a member of the off-shift leadership team, you will help establish and support manufacturing processes across areas including metal fabrication, machine operation, and welding, while fostering a safe, productive, and engaged work environment. 2ndShift Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 1:30am. Overtime may be required on Fridays based on business needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour plus hourly shift differential pay. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
