YOUR ROLE Wind River is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Intellectual Property Analyst to support the company's governance, compliance, intellectual property, and strategic initiatives related to artificial intelligence and open source software. This role combines technical understanding, risk management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement to help ensure that Wind River's engineering practices and product offerings align with internal governance standards, customer commitments, and applicable licensing requirements. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, highly organized, and interested in helping engineering teams navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of open source software, and artificial intelligence technologies. Required Qualifications While experience in AI governance or open source compliance is beneficial, candidates are not expected to be experts in all areas. Wind River will provide training and mentorship to help develop the knowledge needed for success in this role. We are looking for candidates who possess the following core qualifications:

Compensation This role is compensation range is between $111,000 to $138,700 plus annual incentive plan bonus. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
