Summary: The Community Development Officer plays a critical role in advancing Ephrata National Bank’s (ENB) commitment to strengthening communities and improving financial well-being. This role is responsible for building meaningful relationships within low- to moderate-income (LMI) communities, identifying opportunities to expand access to financial services, and delivering impactful financial education and community development initiatives. This position serves as a bridge between ENB, community organizations, and clients—bringing the full value of the bank to individuals, families, and small businesses while fostering long-term engagement, trust, and financial empowerment. The role also supports consumer lending origination efforts by identifying borrowing needs and guiding clients through appropriate lending solutions.
